This presentation focuses on the impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education.Ìý It highlights the importance of AI literacy, strategies to make assessments AI-proof, and ways to integrate AI into classroom activities to enhance learning and creativity. Activities are differentiated to allow for multiple entry points in this work.

Description:
All K-3 teaching staff will participate in this professional learning opportunity designed to provide Kindergarten to Grade 3 educators with time to collaborate with grade partners about intentional planning, assessment and instruction in Literacy
Secondary administrators and teaching staff will continue to extend the learning from our September 2024 PA Day.Ìý It includes opportunities for educators to reflect on current practices, share their experiences, and collaboratively plan next steps to support literacy and strengthen the reading rope for all students.
Topic 2b: Code of Conduct - Vaping

This segment is designed to provide grades 4-8 educators an opportunity to learn more about vaping and electronic cigarettes as it relates to the new Code of Conduct – Interim Guidelines.

School teams will engage in school improvement planning (SIP). Schools will be focusing on the Observe stage of the SIP process, answering the question: is what we are doing making a difference?
